Vintage glass cowboy boot 👢🍺 shaped mug with handle | 12 oz

I'm not sure if this is Libbey as they are known for their cowboy boot shaped glasses of different sizes with handles. Usually Libbey is stamped on the bottom is of the glass. This beauty holds 12 oz. Approx measurements 6 inches tall 2.75 inch diameter The design resembling the stitching on a cowboy boot is raised giving it a cool texture. These are getting harder to find. Unfortunately there's a small chip in this one. It's in a strange spot on the side and camouflaged by the "stitching". See photos.
