Vintage, made in Canada Hamilton polyester dress with Hawaiian flower print. With an elastic neckline and slight puffy sleeve, empire waist. Vintage tag says medium, but fits closer to a modern day small (but there is stretch to the fabric and elastic neckline. Flaw of note - back right shoulder has a slight pull/snag.
