Vintage late 80s silk mini dress

This silk dress was purchased in 1989 and is in mint condition having only ever been worn once. It’s 100% silk and OOAK. Made by the former styling house, Price Roman. It has a scoop neck and flared sleeves. The bottom has some flare as well. It is very mini and quite flirty. This is a statement piece with history but reads as contemporary.
