Vintage ox bone and glass bead necklace

Vintage etched ox bone and glass bead necklace from Nepal. Each piece of ox bone has been dyed red and then a pattern has been etched in by hand. The glass beads are a deep rich red with blue and white swirls, accented with small red bone beads. All strung on a woven cotton cord with no clasp. The necklace is 36 inches long but can easily be made shorter by sliding the knots away from each other. The Ox bone plates are 2 3/4 inches long by 1 - 1 1/2 inches across.
