Vintage ten-four wrap corduroy skirt, women's small. Ten four was a popular brand in the 70s and 80s. very good condition for its age, one tie is slightly frayed (see image), no stains. it has "size 13" on tag, based on trying it on I would call it a size small in today's style. flat measurements waist 31cm hips 43cm length 79cm
