This handmade Original Vintage pleated tweed skirt , circa 1968, made in Germany, is in excellent pre-loved condition. It is very warm for those cold winter days, and is very versatile, matches almost anything. The straps are made of a black velvet. The Skirt WILL NEED to see the cleaners, this skirt hides any dirt very well, please DO NOT HANDWASH. Measurements: Waist: 11" Length 12.5"
