Vintage western cropped jacket

Such a cute spring/fall jacket or wear it as a top! It’s light and can be worn multiple ways. Vintage - late 80s, early 90s? Still had the shoulder pads in. They can easily be cut out if you prefer. Size medium, but definitely fits on the smaller side. The measurements are in the photos. The only flaw- one of the cuff buttons was a bit rusty, so I cleaned it up. But it’s not as shiny as the others as seen in the last photo.
