Vintage y2k dragon wrap skirt black and blue flame summer lightweight

Early 2000s mini wrap skirt, I’ve had this since probably 2004 but it’s been rarely worn. no fabric tag, likely rayon, no stretch. Fits a variety of sizes from 4-8, I’m a size 6 and it fits me well with room to go smaller or larger. Measures 49” all the way around, not including ties. Length is 18” from waist to hem. Please excuse wrinkles and poor lighting - in excellent condition with no flaws to note. Always open to offers 🦋 Smoke free, cat friendly home.
