Vintage 90s / Y2K royal blue A line cocktail dress with sequin / beading accents

Vintage 90s royal blue cocktail party dress with pretty vertical beading and scoop neckline. No size tag, fits like a 6/8 but please check measurements. Waist is 29”, length 33”. See pic for bust measurement. Good as an evening / special occasion / cocktail dress. Great new years dress as well. Some beading threads loose in a couple places but the beading isn’t falling off and the dress is otherwise in great condition.
