Vintage Frilly Lapel 2 Tone Shirt Dress

Vintage rose pink and white maxi dress with shirt upper, frilly trimmed lapels, 4 pink buttons at waist panel, a-line skirt. Side zipper needs to be replaced and there is a small pink mark on a part of the frill lapel (see pic) which is likely just lipstick, I will try removing it and update if it works. There is also a little bit of fluffy seam fray at the neck collar, but it could be trimmed easily, not a structural problem. Pit to pit 20" Shoulder to sleeve end 23 Waist 18 Shoulder to hem 55 Cotton Poly blend.
