Vintage circle skirt sz. S

Beautiful vintage circle skirt. Looks to be handmade very well or by a tailor. Fabric is quite heavy - not completely sure on blend but looks and almost behaves like a wool blend. Fabric has tiny slubs to it - not pilling. waist: 14" laying flat length: 22"
