Vintage high rise ultra wide leg flare pants black 38

Black ultra wide leg flared trousers. Gorgeous tailoring on these pants! The tag and style seem like vintage 90s / Y2K but I’m not certain it’s vintage. Size Eur 38, fits like a US 2 imo. Material has some stretch. I’m a size 26 in Levi’s and they fit me well but are a bit tight. Waist 12.75, rise 10.5, inseam 30” 94% polyester, 6% elastane. Supportive, firm material with some stretch In excellent condition.
