Seems I would benefit greatly by trying to look at my energy reserves in this way. I have decided to start the protocol. October 15th. Was thinking of sharing the journey on Instagram. How are you?

stacystace11 @yesgirl24 ok, I was just curious. It took me a while myself before I actually sat down and read the book and implemented some things. Some things I didn’t do, but I believe it’s always how you feel...I’ve had a thyroid problem 4 years now and I’m feeling ok. Let me know if you end up on instagram so I can follow. 🙂

stacystace11 @yesgirl24 I actually went back to putting meat in my diet again! (Not all the time) because believe it or not I was starting to feel worse without it and my endocrinologist suggested reintroducing it into my body again and since then I do feel better. But then again, it works for me everyone is different! You be well yourself! 😉
