I keep getting some automated response about shipping carrier delays for some odd reason so we might have to have you file a claim that you received a damaged item. They’ll have you explain the situation and send pics if possible. I believe you have this option under the accept order or report a claim screen. I have all of the pics of the shipping condition of the grill and the colossal amount of packaging as well so once the claim is opened I can re-submit them again.
