hoshinokita hi. I just wanted to say, I. new to poshmark, and was having trouble finding a way to message you. also, the email from poshmark also said NOT to do that? wanted to let you know, I LOVE the Joyfolie heels themselves, and I can tell they've never been worn, they're just deteriorating/peeling. wanted to let you know I didn't mean to be rude at all. I didn't know exactly how to handle this, so I just followed the instructions in the email from Poshmark. thanks!

hoshinokita @inezscloset11 I didn't get to actually speak to anyone and I wasn't given an option, again, I would've been fine paying $25, and believe me, I've had shoes fall apart on me before after having been in the closet forever! I'm just so sad now because I loooooove the heels! but I won't be refunded unless I ship them back within 5 days! wish I could split the difference. XD and thank you for being so nice and understanding.
