Reposhing this item I purchased from @cmchardy. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Loooooove these but they are waaay too big for me. These are very generous in size. I normally wear a medium/large, or an 8/10 in Babaton pants but these seem to fit bigger. Elastic waist, with elastic bottom hems. Two front pockets Dark grey Approximate measurements: Front rise: 12 in Inseam: 27.5 in Bottom hem: 5.5 in Waist: 16 in Guc with little signs of wear. Some wrinkles from storage. Very light pilling.
