washingtonian5 @hicks1103 Hi, I check when I ship them and they were both size 7. I bought them at Nordstrom and I’m not so sure why that happened. I ship many shoes before, I check if they are the same size but I don’t try them on so I would not know. I sold a lot of pairs of Bed Stu and they appear to be ok. Would you like to contact Poshmark?

hicks1103 @washingtonian5 the sizing says they are both size 7. I tried them on that is how I knew. Do you have any purchase info? I have a contact at bed Stu that I work with and maybe i can get her to send me 2 of the same sizes. That makes sense if you never tried them on, that is the only way I would have known. I don’t mean to be negative I just wish I could wear the shoes!

hicks1103 @washingtonian5 this is the response from bed Stu. What is my next option? Will you issue a refund? Unfortunately, poshmark is not an authorized retailer, and our warranty is void. Poshmark is a buyer generated site, you may want to contact the seller to see if they are willing to work with you. So sorry! Wish there was more I could do.

hicks1103 @washingtonian5 unfortunately Poshmark said since I accepted the shoes from you they could only give me $30 credit. That is a bummer. I suppose it is my fault for not reading all the fine print before I made my very first purchase off Poshmark. I really wish the shoes would have been the same size. It is unfortunate I don’t get to wear the shoes nor my money back. My first experience has been way less than great.
