Wayf wrap around summer dress with ruffle sleeve/bottom in stripes size small

This is adorable! This is a dress that is so cute on and also so comfy and easy to wear! I bought it because I love seersucker material and this mimics that with the light denim blue and white vertical stripes. This a true wrap around with the belt going through the inside hole, to outside and around so you there is room for different sizes than me. Look at the detail under the arm as the material goes up so you will not see your bra or exposure. It is also lined. There are some small marks on the inside (look at pics) that the drycleaner did not get out. It is in EXCELLENT condition (per the call out) and I have only worn a few times. It would great for many special occasions, wedding, barbeques, date nights, summer picnics, vacations, beach day as a cover up or just running around errands with sandals or sneakers. I have worn it casual with flat or dressed up with heels. Measurements: ptp "15-17" its wrap so it depends upon how you want it to sit, I wear a 32 c and its big on my top but I could also bring it in more OR if you have a larger chest there is room.
