missspike @swirlygurl hi. Can you advise? If someone makes a purchase and then finds they don't fit should I take a return? They were sneakers in excellent condition. They said they would pay shipping and give me 5 ⭐️⭐️. Is this a normal practice? Thank you

swirlygurl Noooo. Do not take back a return for something that doesn't fit. Poshmark even says that in the guidelines. Everything is a final sale and the *buyer* takes the risk by purchasing online and not being able to try it on. Their best option is to re-posh it - sell it in their own closet. It happens. YOU do not take the blame!

swirlygurl You can also ask them to not give you a low rating for that due to the guidelines just as I stated to you above. People try to get away w everything here. You'll learn very quickly. I'm sorry that has happened to you already. The good side of this is that no one will see what she wrote except you. Only 5 star comments are visible.

missspike @swirlygurl thanks soooo much. I did leave out that she is saying they for like a 7.5 Vs 8 as listed. They are marked 8 and I wore them. I'm an 8.5. So if she goes all batty in me I'll be the only one to see it? Ugh

swirlygurl I'm sooo glad it worked out for you!!!! That's great! Your closet looks beautiful. My only thoughts would be to try to show the actual item as opposed to just a web photo. Ppl will ask for that sometimes. Dog toys are not allowed, someone may report it (we all post things in the beginning we aren't aware of!). And lastly line up photos in the right direction so they're not sideways. That's it. You're doing GREAT❣✅😊🎀💋 Thank you for trusting me 😊🌸💝
