mashaf Hi there. I had a question for you, if you don’t mind. I just accepted an offer from a person that you were selling to also, but you had left her a note that she needed to update her payment info before you shipped the item. What does this mean? I don’t want to ship the my item if everything is not ok from the buyer’s end. Thanks so much for your help. I’ve only been on Poshmark for a few months and don’t know all the potential issues yet.

jomode24 @mashaf Hi Maria! What that means if the buyers didn’t have updated their payment method the sale will not be completed. In that case the item went back to my list still for sale. You would receive a message from Poshmark that the buyer needs to update their payment option. At least that’s what I understand. Hope that help👍😘

If items are bought individually and each pay a flat fee for shipping - how do you put them all together in the end ? And lastly - what if they’re bundle weighs more than 5lbs- do we eat the cost? jomode24 @thestorehouse Hi Melissa! Thanks for the sharing😊 The bundle is made by the buyer by placing the item/s in the bundle/hanger top right after liking them. Then the seller fix the price with or not discounted shipping. Over 5 lbs I believe the buyer pay for it and it’s a lot of weight😉 Hope that help😊 Keep styling by sharing😍 Happy Poshing 😍 FYI Be careful selling not compliant items re:stamps some seller may not follow you or share your items😉

You recently bought my duvet set...I have a problem...it weighs 15 lbs together(as per weighed at the post office)and poshmark will only cover 5 lbs so the extra shipping comes to like $35. I was thinking about you cancelling your purchase and I can sell the cover, pillow shams and curtains to you separately. I will list them separately and you can pay $18 for each x 3=$54. groovychick4u Good morning! I wanted to let you know that the white pillows were not the measurement you described in your post. Instead of 20x20 they are 23x23. I cannot find inserts for this size. I didn’t measure them when I got them because by sight they looked ok. But I decided to go ahead and measure before I went looking for inserts and sure enough they are larger. I’ve already accepted them obviously but wanted to tell you. Not sure if I can use these anymore. 😢
