cubythesea @ecprep thank you! I have loved JW since I first saw them in a boutique -never thought I'd own a piece - ever - until someone told me about Posh. I have a tight budget, so I have to shop carefully. No more than $50, most times try to stay under $40, but I will go slightly above $50 if that item is truly special. I am at this time looking for one in particular. It's the lighter blue (almost periwinkle blue) Oman swing blouse. I like a lot of the rayon/heavily embroidered pieces!

cubythesea @vintagequeen714 I agree that charging that much for shipping, plus now adding tax to every purchase, adds a whole other layer of expense. There have been many items I've had to pass over because those things pushed the item past my budget, even though the item itself was well-priced. I sincerely appreciate your accepting my offer. My top budget is generally $50, and even this purchase was pushed to $60 because of shipping and tax... but the blouse was so beautiful I splurged!

cubythesea Thank you for letting me know… There seems to be some issue with the post office. I have at least five packages that have not been delivered to the address that I have specified. The issue at hand is that there IS someone to except those packages so I do not know what the problem is as the PO keeps saying it is undeliverable because of lack of access. I have tried to call the PO and can reach no one. I will be going into our local PO on Tuesday.
