mmegratte For the hoodie you just made an offer on: Your offer of $6 + $7.97 shipping = you pay $13.97 My price of $14 with free shipping= you pay $14 That way, I don’t start getting really low offers and you get the price ce you are asking for. Either way I make $3 . I just would rather not have a sales history of ultra low priced items drawing in lowball offers for some of my more expensive items. I truly cannot go lower than that and you are getting the price you want.

I had reached out to ask you to confirm the size since your listing indicated it was a Medium, but the photo indicated it was a Small, but you didn’t respond. I saw that you had provided measurements to another Posher on your listing, which were consistent with a size Medium, so I made you an offer.

mzteescloset You declined it, so you were aware of my communications. I purchased it since the listing indicated Medium and your measurements confirmed. After 2 days when you hadn’t shipped it I reached out to you and you did not respond. Another 2 days later, you still hadn’t shipped it so I reached out to ask you to cancel the order because I had a bad feeling about it at this point.

mzteescloset Still no response. Posh Support send me an email on the 5th day and said you had reached out to them and advised you were still planning on shipping it. I asked them to cancel the order but they told me I wouldn’t be able to cancel until the 7th day. On the 6th day you finally shipped it and when it arrived i drove 1.5 hours from Canada to my shipping address in WA to find it was a size SMALL - a whole two inches shorter(17”) in the chest than you had posted on your listing (19”).

mzteescloset I reached out to you again and still no response. I had to get help from Posh Support, who approved my return of the item since you had misrepresented it, but the shipping label is for a US to US address, which means I would need to drive 3 hours to/from the border just to return this item to you.

mzteescloset As a Posh Ambassador I would expect that you would communicate clearly, transparently and in a timely manner to a prospective buyer to ensure your buyer, especially after purchase, is not met with inconveniences. Fuel is extremely expensive so to return this item to you is going to cost me more than the item is worth. I just wish you would take some responsibility for this fiasco. ***BUYERS BEWARE!!*****

mystiquebtique @vancitysweetie Hi again, I just tried to cancel, and it doesn't give me that option in the settings. I reached out to support to see if I can do it on my end. The email I received from support says you will be refunded after I receive the order back. I will let you know once I hear back from them!
