shescatchy @aubreyppppp oh no! 😭 I only have access to the same info you do, so I'm not sure if I can be much help! You should definitely report that you haven't gotten the item though. You may have to open a case, but since this has never happened to me before, I'm not entirely sure. Let me know if I can help at all!
