! I’m sorry for bothering. I recently sold my first luxury item ($over $1000) and I don’t know how the authentication works. I received the prepaid label in my email for the order but the prepaid label shows the address of the customer so how does Posh receive the order first to authenticate it before shipping it to the buyer? Thank you 😊

@yali789 it supposes to be shipped to Poshmark HQ. Double check your label and see if there is anything related to Poshmark HQ, then you should be fine my dear!

I actually look for bags needing fixing up and restore them through our company. The Bandolier patches was a splurge for myself. Our company is also an artisan for a huge National cobbler to restore their LV bags. But if I ever want another really top of the line one for myself I’ll reach out.
