ctamas Hello - so just as I was concerned would happen because of all of the postal delays, my item has not yet arrived and now will cost me extra to send to where it should have been shipped. Can we discuss a partial refund as I made it clear what state address to look for and now it is a problem? Thank you

innisfreeme @ctamas hi, I am not able to offer a partial refund as Poshmark doesn’t give the seller that option. Unfortunately since your address was not updated at the time of purchase and I had already printed and dropped your item at the post office on my way to work the next morning before you changed it, that is the address that was used for shipping. Hopefully your recipient will understand what happened.

ctamas @innisfreeme I think where I feel confused is that I made it clear what state it needed to go to and from what I could see on my end, the address had updated - why was there no communication prior to mailing to confirm you had the right one?

innisfreeme @ctamas If you look back, you will see that you told me the address was wrong upon purchase. I recommended that you change the address that evening so I could print and mail your item the next morning. The next day came. I printed the label and dropped the envelope in the mailbox on my way to work. Later that morning you sent a message and said the address had not been changed. I had no way of knowing the state was wrong. You didn’t tell me the state until later that morning.

ctamas I see that order and again, where I am confused is that told you the address would be for PA and you said you would not print it until the next morning so there was time before you would mail it. I immediately corrected it understanding that it was then ready for you. You had the information that I was needing it sent to PA. I don’t want this to be a back and forth of upset - I just want to clarify this because I feel there was a clear lack of communication to me.

innisfreeme @ctamas I understand your frustration with your address not updating in a reasonable timeframe and that frustrates me too because as a seller, I strive for customer satisfaction. I truly believe this is an issue with poshmark and their address updating timeframe.

ctamas Agreed - I will let them know about the delay. I wonder too if there is a better way to communicate if a buyer has a specific preference to confirm that prior to completing shipment. Thank you for answering me on these concerns.
