poshluxejewels @bontonsb - Hi, this style bracelet is from the Etsy website and was custom made. You can Google "Gold Knot Bracelet." I don't remember the exact sellers user name. Also, JCPenney has similar styles. I hope you find it because it's really nice. 🤗 Have a wonderful weekend!

bontonsb @poshluxejewels Hey there! I hate to tell you this but I never received the earrings I ordered. The USPS tracking says delivered but it never was. Are you able to track that or does Poshmark need to handle? I emailed them but no reply. :(. This is why I haven’t provided feedback

poshluxejewels @bontonsb - Oh wow, we're so sorry about this. Have you reached out to your local post office? They may have it. Also, please check with your leasing office if you live in an apartment complex. We have had several orders where USPS did in fact deliver Poshmark orders but they took it to the rental office to prevent theft when no one answered the door or in cases where packages could not fit in the mailbox.

bontonsb @poshluxejewels Good Morning! Yes, I have reached out to Poshmark and they told me to follow up with them again yesterday but I didn’t have a chance so I will do so now. I live in a house so no chance it would go to a rental office. No worries. I’m sure Posh will remedy. 😊

poshluxejewels Hi @bontonsb, I just received an email from Poshmark stating that they have refunded you for this item. Please check your account. I'm so sorry that USPS failed to deliver your package. It's possible that it was delivered to the wrong door within your community. Unfortunately, some people are not honest enough to give it to the correct person.

poshluxejewels Hi @bontonsb, All Poshmark packages ship via USPS and the tracking number is found on the email sent to you by Poshmark dated January 31, 2019. Their website shows that the package was left at your mailbox. Based on the address, it appears that you're in a condominium community. Someone may have taken the package when it was left at the mailbox. Tracking Number:9405510899359656102458 ➡️February 2, 2019 at 3:20 pm ➡️Delivered, In/At Mailbox ➡️RANDOLPH, NJ 07869

bontonsb @poshluxejewels Thanks so much for the quick reply! didn’t know all Posh orders come through USPS as I’m sure I’ve seen FedEx packages but could it be this is just how sender packs the item but doesn’t have to do with the carrier? Since I’m starting my own closet (today I hope) can you explain what transpires after an item is sold? ie: how Poshmark sends shipping labels, the cut % Posh takes out of the sale price, and how/when you get paid? Would greatly appreciate any info you can share! 😊

poshluxejewels You're very welcome! @bontonsb You're absolutely right, the seller may be using a FedEx box but the label will definitely be USPS. That is currently the only carrier Poshmark uses for this app. While reusing boxes are encouraged, Poshmark recommends covering all old labels and barcode. If I do use an old FebEx box, I cover their logo with a large "FRAGILE" or "Handle WITH CARE" label.

poshluxejewels @bontonsb Once you sell an item, Poshmark will email you a shipping label right away to print. You can also access the label from the app under the "sales" tab. For all sales under $15, Poshmark takes a flat commission of $2.95. You keep the rest. For sales of $15 or MORE, you keep 80% of your sale and Poshmark's commission is 20%... so you definitely want to price your items accordingly in order to make a decent profit. 🤗

poshluxejewels @bontonsb The next step is to pack the item with care. I pack all customer orders with tissue paper and bubble wrap if it's fragile. I also include a thank card or note just to let them know how much I appreciate their order. Ship all orders as soon as you can. I normally ship my orders the same day up until 3PM unless it's the weekend.
