newmama2019 @mimiruth01 Poshmark holds your money until you’ve accepted delivery. It doesn’t come directly to me. I’ve notified their support team of my mistake and am waiting to hear back from them. Poshmark must facilitate all returns and order problems. They don’t give sellers the ability to do returns etc without going through them.

newmama2019 @mimiruth01 As the buyer, you also have the ability to report that you received the wrong item in the My Purchases section. I wish I could give you more details on what to expect but this is the first time I’ve mistakenly sent the wrong item to a customer so I’m attempting to figuring this out too. Again, I apologize for my mistake and will work with the Poshmark support team to fix.

mimiruth01 @newmama2019 so my daughter is always the one opening the mail and she accepted it so you already have the money so I can’t print label to send back and I send an email to posh and they don’t know when so for me is difficult to print the label I do not wish to pay again for postal service can you send them a message? Maybe someone will send me the label

daffodildog23 Nicole, I’m selling a set of Pfaltzgraff dishes & trying to dicepher the easiest/best shipping. Am reaching out to poshers who’ve done this before. Did you charge extra postage, or factor postage into your price. It seems like the postage would really eat up your profit. I’m wondering if it is worth selling. Thanks for your help. Elizabeth

newmama2019 @daffodildog23 Hi! I actually just sold my first overweight item yesterday. Prior to listing I attempted to factor the extra postage into the price I set but miscalculated 🤦🏻‍♀️ so didn’t make much on the transaction. Luckily all my other Pfaltzgraff items are under 5 pounds and I’m thinking that I’ll add a note that they can’t be bundled because of weight.

newmama2019 @daffodildog23 Honestly I don’t think it’s worth listing heavier items because it seems that you’re either going to take a big hit to your profit or will have to price so high that it doesn’t sell. I think I’ll stick with a different platform for my heavier items (it won’t let me name the platform—it’s the M one 😉)
