nialala Hi Noellemb12 I'm sorry you don't find the Gucci loafers to your liking, however I'd just like to let you know that I take accusations of selling counterfeit merch very seriously. , I strongly recommend taking the shoe to a Gucci store for authenticity verification if you do not know yourself that they are genuine. I absolutely don't mind the return, but it is unfortunate as the price you were offered for the shoes saves you hundreds and are practically a steal for the value. - Nia

noellemb12 @nialala Thank you for your follow-up. I actually did reach out to Gucci regarding the shoes and was informed that the style number inside the shoes did not exist. In addition to this the shoes are not constructed how authentic Gucci shoes are constructed, with sewn on soles. The loafers you sold me had glued on soles. Since you were unable to provide proof of purchase from Gucci, I was unfortunately left with the only feasible explanation, that they were not authentic.
