spalalaboutique @mcdisney I have one of those purr monsters lying by my head. His name is Java and he is an 8 year old Himalayan. He was the runt and nobody wanted him, I was super lucky to receive him as a birthday gift from my kids and x husband. I've been in love since the moment I laid eyes on him! He sat with me every day of breast cancer and has always been there for me! My family lives in Idaho, in CDA.

phoenixstrong @nancy_s99 Nancy, there's currently no way to view a Posher's rating (though I think there ought to be). I'm sure most reputable sellers would be happy to show it to you upon request, though. You can also see how many Love Notes they've received from buyers. 😀

missstyle25 @phoenixstrong What happens if I sold an item to a person and double-checked the item before shipping it. The buyer is saying that there is a tear and a rip on a pair of boots that I sold her. However I check everything before shipping it! I'm kind of OCD that way. What should I do?

phoenixstrong @missstyle25 Hi Heidy! Tell Poshmark that you double-checked the item before shipping. If you have photos, you can send those as well. Worst-case scenario, they'll refund the buyer's money and make her ship the item back to you, and you can sell it again (if it's in good shape). :-)
