theposhoasis @checktosaveWhen I packed you this morning i noticed what appeared to be a spot of glue on the side of one shoe. Not hugely noticeable. I decided to go ahead and mail as is. You can certainly ask for a refund. Don’t think it’s significant? Great! But I have sent you a pair of Easy Spirit sandals in the same size. Keep both pairs or reposh. I want to show my good faith. checktosave Hi - anyone can advise please based on your experience? If a label was damaged on a package (returned back to my address) and I re-sent a package to a buyer. When that package was in a transit, the order was canceled. What would be a proper process to resolve this issue plus get the item that I sent to a buyer back to me? An intercept a package option is an expensive one, I figured that out. Thank you in advance for any suggestions from Poshmark experts.
