spookyheartsg omg. just right now in have some bad and good news. remember my turtle I told u that been hiding he's the biggest one. my parents notice he moved to a new area and hole section under these lawn chairs a corner has blanket and tarp over it and we cover the area he's been under there and didn't come out for 2 weeks we thought storm

spookyheartsg my dad check a little better and omg he was stuck there was a rope wrapped around his leg. my dad started to throw everything and everything off the lawn chairs to save him and we finally can see the tire hole and it was strings and rope from the linens and things even roots of tree. dad had to flip him upside down and get it all off him. and he ran straight for our backdoor where we would feed him.

spookyheartsg there's 1 hole under a bunch of bikes my dad went and suggestions it out a lot better it's sturdy and I guess he wants a new place to hide. he's been in that hole 2 weeks. we been so worried he would eat and just stay in there but he won't come out my dad pull him and it was all under neath his shell and I feel so bad for him. it's small space he had use bathroom there my dad rinse him very fast

spookyheartsg he doesn't like water at all but we rinse to get smell off him and give him shower he seems fine he's walking and running to the backdoor we would meet him daily for our vegetables and stuff and my dad had to feed him daily and bring food close he wouldn't come. I look online thinking he was sick we were looking for swollen eyes and saliva but he was just stuck!

bundwd Thank you for your offer on the necklace and bracelet you accepted from me. I love jade and I’m looking for lavender jade stud earrings and lavender bracelet and necklace. They don’t have to match. I’m also looking for a white jade and yellow jade bracelets and necklaces, will you let me know when you have some? The reason I wanted the Betsy Johnson necklace is to wear in memory of my brother who was killed in Vietnam in 1967. Thank you so much!

crystaltortoise @hilahisabelle Yes.☺💕💞💖 They had the best program for Special education and teaching Elementary school kids with Autism. I got a Preschool teaching degree and did an internship teaching 3 and 4 yr olds with severe Autism and discovered I love it and the professors all said I had a gift so I decided to go to Elementary School because there's a greater need but California doesn't have Special Needs specific majors thankfully GCU has online courses. Go Lopes!☺💕💞

You must have at least 15 successful sales on Poshmark. You must have at least a 4.5 star rating from your customers. You must have an average ship time of under 3 days. You must have at least 5,000 self shares and also 5,000 community shares and you must have given at least 1 love note on a purchase.😊💞

vee4valentino Hello I ordered your Amethyst crystal with the flower of life engraved in it and I would like to know if it was shipped to the exact address I gave or only shipped to the state and zip code because the tracking says it was delivered yesterday in frisco TX but does not show my house number and I have not received a package. crystaltortoise @vee4valentino Sorry to hear that you are having trouble. Poshmark labels have the exact address on the account, so that was what was on the package. We cannot in any way edit those that's impossible to do we simply print exactly what Poshmark has given us asthe shipping is through them. It was shipped with the Poshmark label to your exact address.

crystaltortoise @vee4valentino You might inquire with your local post office specifically using the tracking number as they did deliver it somewhere....as noted by tge fact they scannedin your labels bar code as delivery completed.

crystaltortoise @vee4valentino The problem unfortunately is that your postal person certified to Poshmark and USPS that the package was delivered to the correct address on the label so at that point this is a USPS issue and it needs to be resolved with your local postal carrier and local post office unfortunately. Posh support will push it through as paid because your postal person swore it was delivered. USPS scanned it at time of delivery and certified they delivered it.

crystaltortoise @vee4valentino The good news is that postage you paid to Poshmark is indeed insured though so you may be able to get USPS to reimburse you if they failed to deliver it to you if you tell them the tracking number and what happened and open a USPS claim as you paid USPS for priority mail service which is insured.

crystaltortoise @vee4valentino On my screen it shows pending acceptance I can no longer see its tracking number so unfortunately I cannot do anything really to help... So I'm terribly sorry but the website works that way. It only shows me the package tracking info until the mail carrier certifies it was delivered then the order status changes to pending acceptance and all it tells me is a delivery date and a date I will receive funds by and that's all Posh lets me see from my seller screen

crystaltortoise @vee4valentino I am so sorry this happened to you, and I really do appreciate your business and I truly wish there were something more I could do but unfortunately there's simply nothing I know of that I can do from my end here now on the Poshmark platform that would be helpful unfortunately.😞 I will pray though that hopefully you can get it resolved easily with usps...💖I wish I could do more, but we only control what happens until it is scanned into USPS care unfortunately.😞

crystaltortoise @vee4valentino I didn't say that. USPS will give you a refund if you file a claim on the package with USPS as it is insured. Sellers don't control refunds Poshmark does my friend.

crystaltortoise @vee4valentino It can't be resebt for 2 reasons. #1 it's one of a kind. #2 Your shipping label has been used and your package was delivered according to USPS so Poshmark has no way for me to even generate a new label. I did my part which was to deliver the package safely to USPS.
