Looking to move south eventually, I'm so tired of snow and cold weather! Our dog, Millie, is a border collie mix. I'm not sure what she's mixed with though, possibly cocker spaniel. She's a handful for sure!

@twins070610 I'm in the midlands Columbia area,about 2 to 3 hours from the beach depending on which way you drive. The school district in Lexington 1 and combined lexington/Richland counties in the Irmo,Chapin, area are among the highest awarded schools in the state. Of course my grands all go there.

The newest schools being built are fantastic state of the are technology wise, and loads of them going up. Look around the Lake Murray/ Dreher Shoals Dame areas. Nicest homes mostly new,and best schools. Home to see you soon. BTW it does snow here,like 1/4 inches, and the whole state shuts down lolol

@motherhenalaska I'm so sorry for your loss! I just recently lost my Aunt, who was like a second mom to me, in September. Nothing can prepare you for a loss like that. It's true that time heals. Even though the pain of losing them will always be there, eventually you'll be able to get to a point where you can think of your loved one and remember all of the memories you shared together and smile. @danaele Thank you so much!! He's not really a pet, my fiancee rescued him when he was about a week old from a parking lot right off a busy road. (He works for a tree company, they didn't see the nest when they cut the tree down) I took care of him and syringe fed him until he was able to eat nuts and drink water on his own. His name is Scratches! He's got quite the personality. He lives outside but loves his human friends, when he sees me see runs up my leg and sits on my head lol!! 💓💓💓💓💓

@twins070610 Awww I know how you feel, right before Christmas 2 of my Gorgeous, Beloved Kitties died on me. One of them was a smooshy faced white, fluffy persian named Muppetbaby....he was just an angel! And the other Kitty named Winky was a cream/flame point siamese/angora mix, total fluffball, another sweetheart of a Kitty! When our furbabies/featherbabies die, a piece of you goes with them. I Adore/LOVE my fur/featherbabies, they're like your children.

@lovedaydream You're welcome!! Yeah our squirrel, Scratches, was really awesome!! He had quite the personality. My fiancee rescued him from a parking lot and I actually raised him from one week old till 6 months when we released him. He unfortunately didn't survive in the wild, he was too tame. It was a great experience though, and I'll hold those memories close to my heart forever!! ❤️❤️❤️

Yes my husband has a friend that one day a squirrel came into his apartment through the window and never left. They named him jarome and that was that. He raised him for about 4 years and let him go. Hi again, I tend to post long and I always have to cut things out. I wanted to tell you that your children are all so cute but the pic of the girls is so adorable! The squirrel pic reminded me of me. I buy peanuts in the winter and put them on my balcony and watch them grab 1 and get up on the rail and eat it, I even took pic too. Happy Poshing
