@lia1812 Well, there were four party Host so not sure who it was. Sometimes the party Host will let you know you where chosen but not always. Also, sometimes you get an email notification that your listing was chosen. 😊

Your prices are low so I️ would suggest you share all your listings three time a day and do more sharing. The more your closet is out there for people to see, the better the chance for a sale. Also go to New People and filter according to size and categories and follow each day a bunch. I’ve noticed that new people are usually looking to buy. Hope this helps! 💞

I’ve been slowly taking things off too and storing... another thing u could do too is take them off and take new pics and repost... another super posher suggested that so I tried it and they actually sold for more than I was asking originally so that may help but I’d take them off n store them

@vickyrich Yes you can use google to get an image. I use a free APP called Phonto where I put images and add text and customize it. It’s simple to use.

@vickyrich The fastest way to gain followers is to go and follow the followers of active Poshers. Follow games are not as fast but they work too. I also follow as many ambassadors as you can. Also, go to New People and follow as many as possible. That should do it! 😘

@lipsticknjeans In order to do a mass tag list, you need to have permission first, So I suggest you do a Tag List Listing and have people join. Then I keep my list saved in Notes and copy and paste as needed!

@soglam5 You will notice there’s a lot of Follow Games! They help you gain followers. The more followers you have, the better chance to get sales. Every time you share your listings, your followers will see it. Also, make sure you share your listings throughout the day and also share other Posher’s listings. You will receive a lot of share backs. So the more you share with others, the more exposure your items get. Hope this helps! 💞

@soglam5 Thank you! They are 18 and 20 yrs old! Also, don’t worry about sharing your listings! I try to share my whole closet one listing at a time three times a day! You want your items seen. If you just share once, it gets lost in the feed.

Every morning I choose a Mystery Posher of the day and you just follow all their new followers that’s you are not following. It’s all the new blue buttons! Try it out and let me know how it goes.

HI Maria! I need some advice is you don't mind. I sold an item that was clearly marked genuine leather, the customer received it, accepted it, and then left me a bad note 'not leather'. I contacted the customer to try to understand why she left me that note because the items IS genuine leather. I have not heard back from the customer. How do you deal with with an untruthful unfair negative comment/rating on a sale? Please advise :-(

The customer got back with me. She stated that she took the item to a leather store to get tested. I purchased the item as leather myself. Anyhow, I would like to refund her for the purchase because I want my customers to be happy. However, she accepted the purchase. Is there a way refund her?

@creativeoptions I’m not sure how to do a refund. I know all sales are final. The buyer does have the option to open a case and get a refund from Poshmark. Not sure if you want them to do that. I would still email Poshmark and see what they suggest.

@jnew36 Thank you so much! I use PHONTO APP. It’s easy to use. Sometimes all I do is use my square mode in photos from my iPhone and make sure it’s a Sunny Day! In PHONTO you also have the option to do square crop. Let me know if you have any questions!

@mlb1006 look how beautiful your pics are💜💜💜 In a spray bottle mix 1 cup of strong brewed coffee, 1 cup organic aloe Vera juice, 2 tbs ascorbic acid powder which is just vitamin c and 1/ 2 cup of any good oil you like. I like organic grapeseed oil or hemp oil. If you need a little more protection from burning then mix in 1 to 2 tsp powdered zinc. Keep in the refrigerator because the only preserverative in it is the vit c and that will only keep it bacteria free for about a month

I’ve looked through your tips & am going to try the 30 minute one, but I did have a question. When you click on someone’s followers, names come up in alphabetical order. If someone has thousands of followers & my name doesn’t come up until “K” I’m afraid a lot of people won’t make it that far into the list, will run out of time, etc. Do you think I should try & change my name or put a symbol so it moves to the top of the lists or do you think it’s fine as it is? I haven’t come across a Closet with so many items so I wouldn’t know how that would be. I guess you can always email POSHMARK and find out if there’s a limit on how many items you can post here.

Hi Maria. I have a question about offers/counteroffers and thought you may be able to answer for me. If an offer is made for one of my items and I counter offer but someone new makes a new offer during the 24 hr period- Can I counter offer that buyer as well or do I need to wait for the first buyer to answer my counter offer? I get confused because it says your offer is blinding for 24 hours. Any insight would be very helpful. Thanks🌸

But before uploading my different turtle, i wanted to make sure it was okay with you? i absolutely love the turtle theme & i thought it wld help spread the word about sharing slower to as many poshers as possible. Can you help with some advice? I shipped a necklace that was in perfect condition (I have a picture). The buyer says it’s broken. I always wrap in tissue, a protective envelope and then a box! I can’t imagine what happened unless they dropped it or it was damaged in transit. What do I do?

@ann1923 If the buyer wants to report a case, then you will be able to comment back and show your photo of the necklace. Poshmark will decide whether to give them a refund or not.
