cherryblast Wow!! Just wow. Did you do it on your own? I mean thru changing your life style? I did it once and when I had my second baby 18 yrs ago gained it back. Now I’m down 30 but can’t seem to get any farther. What’s your thoughts on the lap band/gastric bypass?

danalingel @cherryblast hey!!! Thank you so much! You’re so sweet! It has been so difficult but I knew I had to make a change when I saw the scale say 313 pounds. I did not have the gastric sleeve but I have significantly reduced my serving sizes at meals and I eat 4 to 5 times a day, both similar to those who have had the sleeve. Like anything, I would say do your research and get more than one opinion!! It’s worth it for your health and your body. ☺️❤️

cherryblast @danalingel that’s amazing. That’s how I did it last time. And of course exercising. I know the more exercise I do the better I am. I just have figured as you get older it’s way harder to lose! Congrats again and keep up the great work!
