olivaannacah (1/2) hi there! this package as well as 1 other posh package & an amazon package were supposed to be delivered to me on 8/9. I have been waiting to see if any of my packages showed up, but none have, so i am starting to get concerned that they have been misplaced by the mail carrier or stolen.

olivaannacah (2/2) I just wanted to let you know that this is not an issue that i am having with you personally, and this is not your fault so i do not want it to affect you as a posher. I contacted posh support, and am waiting back for a response. I will let you know what they can do for both you and I as soon as I find out.

ktolentin @olivaannacah I’m sorry to hear that. Yeah, the tracking history from usps says your package was delivered to your front porch on 8/9 at 12:26pm. Given that priority mail is insured, I expect that Poshmark can help out in a timely manner. Please keep me posted.

olivaannacah @ktolentin i’ve never had a problem with my packages before, but i recently moved and don’t my surroundings as well. i was at work when the package was delivered, so someone must have taken it or the post office still has it- i’m not sure. i will let you know asap!

olivaannacah @ktolentin they told me to wait until today to see if they packages ever popped up. i still have yet to receive them so i have to contact poshmark support today.

I know how frustrating it is for the mailman to deliver a package to the wrong address or have someone take it ☹️ I know I was looking forward for you receiving your goodies, but If you like any other top or bottom from my closet just create a bundle and I will send it to you free of charge.
