jorbrie Hello dear. I have bought 2 tops from you about 2 weeks ago. I was out of the country & just got back. When I opened the package, I realized you sent me the wrong order. You sent me a blue dress instead of the 2 top that I ordered. I would like to to return the dress for what I have originally ordered. Thanks!

erinmariegilles @jorbrie Hi! Oh my gosh. I am so incredibly sorry about this mix up. The person who was supposed to get the dress never got it, and I thought the package was missing. It turns out it accidentally went to you, but the tracking for the other package with your items never tracked. For some reason it seems one of the 2 packages is missing in transit

What I would like to do is remedy this by contacting posh to ensure you get a full refund immediately and would love to send you a gift card from me personally to apologize for this! erinmariegilles @jorbrie Hi, unfortunately the package with your items that was sent to the other person never tracked and I had filed something with the post office about a lost package- I originally thought the package had the blue dress in it so I was speaking with the customer about it thinking she would need a refund for it. As of now since it appears the package is lost/never tracked I can’t get you the items unless the post office ends up finding it.😔

jorbrie Hello dear, I got the actual box ( my original order)! My neighbor kept some of my mail because I was away & just got them! I opened the box & saw the 2 tops I ordered! So I'm happy! I'll just wait on posh now for the mailing label to send back the blue dress. I think you accidentally sent both orders to me. Thanks so much for your concern and thanks for the beautiful packaging!
