Most items are sourced or personally mine. I currently wash in Tide and Items are stored in home. ltems that are new with tags or some new without tags are not washed. Some brands don't always come with tags when purchased from website. Please wash everything before using. I typically ship same or next day. Each order is packed with care & due diligence. Packages are picked up from my home. I have no control when USPS scans them in.I stay updated on the movement of the orders to make sure they get to where they need to in a timely fashion.
