What to do if your order never shipped or was not delivered ❓📦❓📦❓📦❓

I stopped selling on here after my old account was hacked, but I'm tired of seeing my friends who sell on Posh getting dragged because someones order is missing or might have been stolen. I know how it feels when your package doesn't show up and it can be upsetting. Please keep these things in mind--- 1. In a lot of cities if the mail carrier is overwhelmed they will mark things as delivered even when they're not. When it happens the package is usually delivered in the next 24 to 48 hours. 2. Porch pirates exist. That's why a lot of people use security services like Ring Doorbell or get a PO Box. If you have proof of porch pirates then please contact your local police. Sellers and Posh support can't do anything about porch pirates. 3. USPS has services online and at their offices to help find missing packages. Sometimes they get lost at the big sorting centers, this has happened to me before and it took them a few days to find it. Once it was found it was delivered!! I'm just really tired of sellers getting blamed for stuff they literally can't control. Oh and if a seller submits a missing mail report for you, then at least say thank you instead of dragging them and messaging them obsessively like an an angry ex boyfriend. This happened to me as well as my bestie and its beyond tiresome when you do everything you can for someone and they just stay mad. BTW if you get a bad rating because of missing mail, Poshmark is supposed to delete it. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
