Wilfred XS Royal Blue Ruffle Tank Fit S

Color is most accurate in first photo, not periwinkle as it appears in other two pics. This definitely fits big for XS, mannequin is a size 4 and it fits her good, even a touch loose. I still fit it as a medium, just never wear it for some reason! Bust is 17” across, very good condition.
