shrimpx Hi Arielle, I am so sorry but the butterfly and heart bundle that you purchased from me is over the 5# weight limit so I cannot ship these together. If you still want just the butterflies and caterpillar I can do that and not go over 5#. The heart weighs nearly 3# by itself. So very sorry. Please let me know what you would like to do.

shrimpx Hi Ari, I noticed that you got the butterflies but not the heart. We took the tracking number into our local post office and asked what the deal was. Both boxes were sent at the same time together from our post office. He ran a trace on it and said it was just leaving Kansas today! He apologized and said he didn’t understand why. I am so sorry but wanted to let you know that it is on the way. This was out of my control. So sorry for the inconvenience.

I packaged it with a bunch of newspaper, but it shouldn’t have been torn up & shredded like that. I know it took too long to ship. I usually ship next day. My apologies for that!
