Front zip closure with snap storm placket; Back storm flap; Adjustable drawstring at hood which is removable; Straps on shoulders; adjustable straps at cuffs; Removable belt at waist for an extra-flattering shape; 2 front snap-flap patch pockets; Falls at below hip. Slightly Fitted and Softly shapes the body. Machine wash and dry. Size XS. A must for every closet!

pinkyrosa @temptation12 hi sorry for my delayed response. PTP approx 19-20". it doesn't state waterproof on the labels but I have worn it in the rain and it did not wet through. no flaws. it's a very nice jacket. thank you for your interest.
