Wool blend is 75% wool as shown in fabric composition tag. Measurements: Neck opening to hem length = 23.5", top of shoulder to hem length = 28.25", armpit to sleeve length = 18.75". Flat measurements across hem = 17.75", across waist = 14", across chest underneath armpits = 16".
