Women's Black Dual Layer Jacket - puffer with cape on top

I just never reach for this jacket. It is a fairly warm jacket with a puffer layer underneath and then almost a poncho like top layer. Can be worn apart or separate - there are snaps to hold them together if you wear them together. Very elegant drapey jacket great for winter events. It is from Addition Elle before they closed down. Size is 3X.
