vimandvigrrrpet @mselleclg hello!! Sorry about the delay!! For some reason I'm not getting Poshmark notifications and just saw this now. My apologies!! The insoles do not come out. The inside measurement from toe to heel is 9.5 inches. Measuring the outside at the widest part is 3.75 inches. let me know if you need more info! And again...sorry for the delay.

vdbinns Are these true to a size 9 ? Or do they fit more like an 8 &1/2 ? If it measures 9.5 from heel to toe (and generally one needs at least 1 extra inch for toe room ) it therefore sounds to me like a foot measurement of 9.5 would make it .5 of an inch too small ? I am a Size 9
