Women’s Columbia jacket in size S

This is a nice jacket but I’m not sure if it is good for rain. I have another jacket with the same lining. When I bought it I thought it was a rain jacket. Has an adjustable hood. Tiny makeup stain near the hood on the left side. Pit to pit 20” Waist 18.5” Length 28”
