myka_lenton Hey there- so I wanted to give you an update on the return item. I had to get ahold of support because for some reason one of my emails said the item had to be returned within 2 business days but on the website/app it says I have 5 days and idk which is correct and they have yet to respond. Also it is Sunday tomorrow and then Monday is Labor Day so there is no mail collection, therefore I contacted support to make sure I would not be penalized for waiting til Tuesday.
