constancefre577 Sorry about that, I had a funeral to attend and must have missed your ask, Size 10 - 18" waistband, front rise is 12" and inseam is 32". Size 12 - about 19", 12.5" and 32" respectively.

red_eraser39 @constancefre577 Oh my, Sorry for your loss. The 18 inches across the waistband of the size 10 is unstretched ? And they are super stretchy material already if they are like the pair i already own.

constancefre577 OOPS. the 10 measures more like 16-17" across the front and yes there is a fair amount of stretch. The 12 is more like 18" across the front, and stretchy as well.
