Great looking western style mid-calf boot in black man made uppers with silver tone hard wear. Inside zipper for ease on. Slight scuff on inside front but totally minor wear. Heels measure 3". Elastic gusset at back of calf.

kerry_dawn how tall is the "shaft" of the boot? how far up the leg does it go? just below the calf? over the calf? etc

constancefre577 @kerry_dawn Hi there, they measure 10" up from the heel, so depending on your leg length, on myself , they go about mid calf.

kerry_dawn you mean from where the heel attaches to the boot is 10"? or from the bottom sole (ground level) to the top is 10"? I had a little bit of a wide calf, but it they only go up to mid-calf at the farthest I should be ok...which is why I am asking...secondly, is there any "tread" on the soles? Is there padded insoles at all?

constancefre577 @kerry_dawn From Sorry about that. I mean they measure 10" up from the person's natural heel , not the heel of the boot. I have attached 3 more photos of the elastic gusset and sole.

constancefre577 Further, I have added the last picture to show the insole.....slightly padded with perforations. Hope this helps.
