Women’s upcycled cowboy boots size 6.5

I had these made for me on Etsy by an artist that upcycled cowboy boots. The girl made them in the wrong size, and wouldn’t let me return them. I was never able to wear them. Paid $195 for them. Measures approx 23 cm as per photo = 6.5 size in women’s Very cute boho western vibe
