aquablueflair @tammylou757 hi Tammy Lou, thanks for getting in contact with me! I have found I have a lot of questions, but I'll try not to bombard you! With Etsy, I receive an audible notification on my phone when I make a sale. I contacted support and ask them about this, but didn't get an understandable answer. is it possible to set up an audible notification on my phone? also, how long was it before you made your first sale? I just started two days ago and of course I'm anxious to sell something. thanks!

tammylou757 @aquablueflair No bother at all😀 I’m happy to help! I don’t know of any audible notification. In fact, it seems that I have to look on the offer and sales tabs whenever I open the app b/c it is only there that I find offer or sales info. They’re made some improvements over time and hopefully better notifications will be one of them soon!

aquablueflair @wendidee Hi Wendi, I'm a big fan of whbm also! I love that store. I do have two questions for you. I noticed a listing in your closet that said sweaters and there was a border of flowers around the word. The description showed no price and only the words sweaters and cardis. Can you tell me what that's about? my other question is... How long was it after you first started listing that you made your first sale? thanks!

I was looking in your closet (that sounds like I'm snooping!) and was intrigued by how every one of your listings has a pink border and the name brand alongside. I use the identifiers (made on Canva) to organize my closet, and I group my items together based on the identifier - tops, sweaters, pants, denim, dresses, etc. It's hard to say how long it will take to make your first sale. A few ways to increase sales: share your listings (parties get your listings seen by others), follow those who follow you. Seek out new followers who have similar taste and are similar in size. Chase the sale. Make offers!

heavenandangel @aquablueflair You're welcome. I make my cover shot using a collage. I really don't remember how long it took for my first sale. At least a few days. The more listings you have & the more you share your listings will increase your sales. Share other poshers listings as well because they will most likely share your listings too.

aquablueflair @wendidee actually, I realized when I went back to share some of your items that you had everything grouped together and that's what the little picture was about. I didn't know you could group items. I didn't see that anywhere on the listing page. Where do you go to do that?

mompatty4 Hi! Sorry for the late reply! My kids are in town for Spring Break and I’m in major mom duty!! For my backgrounds I normally use PicCollage but it’s not very easy! I have been trying out PhotoRoom and Pixelcut. They both have free features but you could upgrade for additional backgrounds. Hope this helps! Give them a try and I hope you find one that works for you!

zardiva1 @aquablueflair By the way, to answer your question☝️about how to group your items, you do that by simply *sharing* them to your followers. Share everything in *reverse* order of how you want them to appear in your closet to buyers. (In other words, the *last* listing page you share will appear *first*, at the top, left-hand corner of your closet.) I hope this helps! 👍🙂
